Goal setting and motivation are very essential in technique of study. Goal setting a skill that need development as a muscle require exercise. Procrastination, poor concentration, and lack of motivation ate key element in study problem. Without clear vision in life, people will follow the natural human tendency for way of life. Goal setting is very important life skill and it will have a profound effect on your ability to concentrate and avoid procrastination, but it doesn’t need to be complicated. Basic guideline and process of goal setting will inspire in the useful and fun ways. First, start now is one of eleven points having good goal setting. Second is writing down your goals which try to keep a journal for long term, intermediate, and short term goals. Third is keeping several lists according to time scale which are long term ( five to ten years), intermediate term ( three to five years), short term(one to two year), and immediate(this month, this week, or today). Fifth, challenge yourself is keeping your high goal to process; do not get your goal way of obstacle. Sixth, to be specific with your goal is very vital for goal setting. Seventh you need to commit to the actions required to achieve our goal which is called “include action”. Eighth, do not focus more on the failure, which are the obstacles. You need to prepare to challenge. Ninth, rewrite, revise, revisit, review and start to change lead your goal setting in the successful way. Tenth, Linking your goals is the connecting of you short term to long term goal setting. Lastly, enjoy the journey which make your relax, do not making you to obsess in goal oriented. Goal setting and studying classify in five main points which first called long term goal. It is thought to be worthy for long life. Following, is intermediate goals which usually for three to five years in the future, leading to achieve to your long term goals. Next is short term goal which last around six month to two years. Others, immediate goals is the short period of goal bring about the immediate goals. Eventually, to do lists in goal setting, it should be organized in the specific, reasonable, and verifiable goal and having a reward at the end.
